1. Smart Shade Features introduction and advantage
Thanks to our advance Smart Shade technology, welders no longer need to make manual adjustments before starting work. This feature reduce the rely in welding experience and especially beneficial for green hand users by simulating various welding environments and automatically adjusting to the appropriate shade. Additionally, it provides maximum eye comfort and protection by synchronizing band pass changes with the welding arc, ensuring the eyes are not affected by welding arc fluctuations.

2.Step Delay Features introduction and advantage
During welding, the Auto-Darkening Filter (ADF) typically remains in a darker shade (13, 14, or 10, 11) to protect the welder's eyes from the intense welding arc. Once welding is completed and the arc disappears, the ADF immediately transitions from the dark state to the bright state within 0.1 to 1 second, causing discomfort as the eyes rapidly adjust to the abrupt change in brightness. The step delay function addresses this issue by ensuring that after welding, the ADF does not directly shift from the dark to the bright state. Instead, it first transitions to shade 5 before turning to the light state, allowing the eyes to adapt gradually and providing a more comfortable experience.

3.Tack Mode Features introduction and advantage
Typically, in spot welding, the welding arc frequently alternates between dark and light states, causing the auto-darkening filter (ADF) to also switch between these states. This frequent switching can cause eye irritation to the welder.  The Tack Mode feature effectively solves this problem by setting Shade 5 as a transitional shade. When the spot welding arc disappears, ADF does not switch to the bright state immediately, but transitions to Shade 5 . This significantly reduces eye discomfort caused by rapid changes in light and dark, while also ensuring clear visibility during welding work.

4.Shade Lock Features introduction and advantage
In some welding environments, the automatic darkening filter (ADF) may not work properly due to the limitation of the sensor detection range or angle, resulting in the inability to detect the welding arc. In this case, a regular ADF will not solve the problem and mineral glass is required. But this approach is not only troublesome but also inconvenient. To solve this problem, the shadow lock feature was developed. In situations where the ADF cannot detect the welding arc, the welder can use this feature to lock in the appropriate shading, effectively making the ADF behave like mineral glass. When the work is complete, the ADF can be switched back. Additionally, individuals who require a fixed shade to perform specific welding tasks can also take advantage of this feature.
